Editorial Independence

Pillar Interdisciplinary Research Journal (PIRJ) maintains a strict "firewall" between editorial decision-making and any commercial, financial, or institutional functions of the publisher, Pillar Core Network LLC.

Scientific Autonomy

The Editor-in-Chief (EIC) has full and final authority over the editorial content of the journal and the timing of its publication. Editorial decisions—specifically the selection of manuscripts for review and final decisions on publication—are based solely on scholarly merit, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

Separation of Concerns

Publisher staff, investors, and leadership do not interfere with the peer-review process or influence the acceptance/rejection of manuscripts. Publication fees (APCs) are handled by the administrative department, and editorial board members are not involved in financial negotiations or fee collection.

Integrity Statement

  • Editorial board members are appointed based on scholarly expertise, not commercial affiliations.
  • Advertisers and sponsors have no influence on editorial content.
  • No author or institution is guaranteed publication based on partnership or payment.
