Open Access Policy
Pillar Interdisciplinary Research Journal (PIRJ) is a fully open-access journal. This means that all articles are immediately and permanently available online for readers worldwide upon publication. There are no subscription fees or "paywalls" for accessing our scholarly content.
Licensing and Reuse
All articles in PIRJ are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Under this license, authors retain copyright but allow others to:
- Share: Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
- Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
These permissions are granted provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the original source of publication (PIRJ).
Commitment to Open Knowledge
PIRJ adheres to the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). Our open-access model is designed to facilitate the global exchange of knowledge, maximize research impact, and support equitable access for scholars, students, and practitioners in all regions.
Authors do not transfer copyright to the journal; they grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish the work as the version of record.
